TeamBite is an innovative platform for the efficient and fair composition of teams for projects and tasks. Based on objective criteria and the individual strengths of team members, it creates a balanced distribution of skills and perspectives, so that every member can contribute equally to collaboration and innovation while the team’s full potential is used. The name combines “team” and “bite”, based on the metaphor of a good burger, whose different components complement each other as a whole. The prototype was tested with eye-tracking studies and user-centred research methods and optimised for the needs of the participants.
